The aim of the current research is to explain and interpret some Qur’an verses and hadiths that dealt with the hate of intercession.

And to achieve that, the researcher used the deductive method applied by studying the verses and hadiths with their interpretation and analysis to reach the final verdict of intercession.

then the researcher dealt with the hadith "The hate of intercession in limits if it is raised to the Sultan" with an explanation and Statement of his men, sides, story, Strangeness, and benefits, then the researcher concluded the research with benefits she found, such as, For example: the permissibility of pain for the one on whom the hadd punishment is imposed, the prohibition of intercession in one of the limits of God if the ruler is raised to the ruler, the limit for theft is general for men and women, ...els, And that the hadith indicated that the Prophet –peace be upon him- forbade intercession in one of the limits set by God, because the limits are among the rights of God, and also that it clarifies the story of the Makhzumi woman who stole, and when it became clear that she was worthy of cutting, she asked for intercession either by pardon, or by paying the ransom, but the Prophet –peace be upon him- denied this by saying, explicitly, that if his daughter Fatimah stole, he would cut off her hand.
