This study aims to standardize the Sternberg's "love triangle" scale to the Saudi society, with an indication of the differences in the scale results according to age and gender the variables.

The study sample consisted of 485 individuals (251 females and 234 male).

The scale was applied in its short version of 20 items.

The factorial analysis indicates the presence of 3 factors on which the scale was built and contributed to the interpretation of 68% of the total scale, which indicates the structural validity of the scale, and the correlation coefficients of the items with the total score of the scale ranged between (0.34-0.85).

All these parameters are statistically significant at the significance level (0.01 = α).

As for calculating the stability coefficient using Cronbach's alpha equation for the total score of the scale it reached (0.95), while the stability coefficient for the intimacy dimension (0.92), the passion (0.86), and the commitment dimension (0.89).

As for the stability coefficient by calculating the split-half and Spearman-Brown equation, the total score of the scale was (0.92), while for the intimacy dimension (0.91), the passion dimension (0.88), and the commitment dimension (0.86), which are high correlation coefficients with statistical significance.

In addition, the differences according to gender were statistically significant in the dimension of intimacy, passion, and commitment, and all these differences were in favor of males.
