الملخص AR

تهدف الدراسة للتعرف على استعمال الطلبة للهواتف الذكية لأجل تحقيق العملية التعليمية (معلم/ متعلم)، و طرق هذا الاستعمال إذا كان في إطار رسمي تحت إشراف الأستاذ داخل أو خارج حصص الدراسة، أم غير رسمي في وسط طلابي بحت، ثم التعرف على العوائق التي تحول دون استخدام الهواتف الذكية في التعليم الجامعي.

سنعرف نظريا الهواتف الذكية و استعمالاتها في الوسط الطلابي لأغراض تعليمية، ثم العملية التعليمية و عناصرها.

أما في شق ميداني فسنتعرف على الاستعمالات و التطبيقات الشائع تداولها و الممارسات الرسمية وغير الرسمية لطلبة علم المكتبات والتوثيق لجامعة الجزائر 2 لهواتفهم الذكية في إطار العملية التعليمية.

لإجراء هذه الدراسة، استعملنا المنهج الوصفي، ووزعنا استمارة الاستبيان على عينة الدراسة المتكونة من طلبة السنة الثانية ماستر تخصص هندسة و تكنولوجيا المعلومات لقدرتهم على الإجابة و الإلمام بأسئلة الاستمارة.

خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الطلبة يستخدمون هواتفهم الذكية لأغراض دراسية، كحوامل للدروس و للمراجعة خارج الحصص، كما يكون الاستعمال رسمي -من وجهة نظر السماح بالاستعمال- في بعض الحصص تحت إشراف الأساتذة عند الحاجة لاستعمال الهواتف كحوامل للمعلومات أو للعمل على الخط بمشاطرتهم الاتصال لإنجاز تطبيقات في حصص الأعمال الموجهة، و من أهم الحواجز أو المعوقات التي تقف دون تعميم هذا الاستعمال هو عدم وجود ضوابط لتأطير للعملية والوقوف دون الانفلات أثناء استعمال الهواتف الذكية بالحصص

الملخص EN

The study aims to identify students' use of smartphones in order to achieve the educational process (teacher / learner), as well as ways of this use being official, supervised by the professor inside or outside classes, or unofficial in a purely students environment, then determine barriers to using smartphones in university education.

We will theoretically identify smartphones and their use in the student community for educational purposes, also the educational process and its components.

As for the practical side, we will learn about the commonly used uses and applications, formal and informal practices of librarianship and documentation students of the University of Algiers 2 of their smartphones as part of the educational process.

To conduct this study, we have used the curriculum, and distributed the questionnaire to the study sample consisting of students of the second year, Master of Engineering and Information Technology, for their ability to answer and become familiar with the questions of the form.

The study concluded that students use their smartphones for academic purposes, as bearers of lessons and for review outside classes, and the use is formal - from the point of view of allowing use - in some classes under the supervision of teachers when needed to use phones as bearers of information or to work on the Internet by sharing contact to implement applications in homework sessions, and one of the most important barriers or obstacles that prevent the generalization of this use is the ence of control to frame and contain the process during session to keep it academical.

الملخص FRE

Nous cherchons à travers cette étude à identifier l'utilisation des smartphones par les étudiants afin de réaliser le processus éducatif au milieu d'un enseignant / apprenant, ainsi que les modalités de cette utilisation, que ce soit dans le cadre d'une formation formelle ou informelle, c'est-à-dire purement parmi les étudiants ou sous la supervision des professeurs et la recherche interne ou externe.

Séances d'étude et identification des obstacles à l'utilisation des smartphones dans l'enseignement universitaire.

Par conséquent, nous allons définir un ensemble de concepts liés aux variables de l'étude, tels les smartphones et leurs utilisations dans la communauté des étudiants à des fins éducatives, le processus éducatif et ses éléments.

Sur le terrain nous étudierons les utilisations et pratiques ainsi que les applications couramment utilisées formelles et informelles des étudiants de bibliothéconomie de l'Université d'Alger 2 de leurs smartphones dans le cadre du processus éducatif.

Pour mener cette étude, nous utiliserons la méthode descriptive comme la plus appropriée pour décrire le phénomène en théorie et permettre une quantification à l'aide des données collectées à partir de l'échantillon, à l'aide de l'un des outils de collecte de données, qui constituera le questionnaire, et cet échantillon sera représenté dans notre étude par les étudiants Master2 spécialité génie et technologie de l'informations, car ils sont à la fin de leur cursus et ont réussi le plus grand nombre de professeurs au cours de leur cursus et ils peuvent répondre aux questions du formulaire, dans l'espoir d'atteindre les résultats souhaités de l'étude.
