The study aimed to find out the effect of using the EDJA model on the achievement of history among the students of the second intermediate grade, and the research sample consisted of (50) male and female students, with (27) male and female students in the experimental group that was taught according to the EDJA model, and (23) male and female students in the The control group, which studied according to the usual method, was selected from Mam Rashan camp mixed secondary school for the displaced in Sheikhan district.

In the light of the experimental design of the equal groups, before and after, the researchers conducted the parity between the two groups in the variables (chronological age, academic achievement of the parents, intelligence test, and history grades as part of the social sciences for the first intermediate grade for the academic year 2020-2021).

In order to implement the research experiment, the researchers prepared a number of study plans for the Edja model and the usual method, and prepared an achievement test consisting of (40) items with multiple choice, with the extraction of honesty and stability, and the achievement test was stable (0.78).

The data was processed statistically by applying the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, and T-test for two independent samples.
