This research discusses a new Ma'inean inscription recently discovered and published in this research.

The content of this inscription indicates that it is one of the inscriptions of dedications of architectural structures.

It is mentioned that the owner of the inscription dedicated it to god Nkrḥm (grzm) which is a new word that appears for the first time in the ancient Yemeni inscriptions.

It is a carved stone block and the inscription was written on it.

The reason for the dedication was based on an order from the gods.

The research was divided into an introduction, followed by the text of the inscription in Arabic and Latin letters, then the meaning of the inscription and the analysis of its content linguistically.

The most important findings are represented by the discovery of a new archaic word along with the history of the inscription, which dates back to the era of the formula of alliance and brotherhood between abi yad' and the kingdom of Ma'in.
