the philosophy of education works to spread understanding, moral action and achieve self-esteem for society and the individual in order to keep pace with the technological development that is progressing day by day, by torpedoing the policy of closure and supporting the policy of civilized openness, freedom and democracy.

however, these goals can only be achieved if the philosophy of education must move beyond its abstract contemplative character, to touch the reality that has become subject to new variables imposed by the scientific and technological revolution, to establish educational methods that accompany modern man and help him adapt to this new reality.

through this article, we seek to clarify what role the philosophy of education can play in the midst of the technological and information development witnessed by the world, as the rapid and increasing flow of information poses a new challenge to the philosophy of education to present new visions in line with the disruption of societies in their systems, relationships and values due to the information and digital revolution that swept the world.
