The current study aimed at investigating the efficiency of using the innovations of digital learning techniques to develop mathematical operations in the light of the dimensional analysis of the results of mathematics education research through a sample of studies published in scientific journals, which were applied in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the period (2010- 2020).

The study relied on the effect size method in the post-analysis as a quantitative method for comparing the results of studies or summarizing them in summary results.

The study population consisted of (132) studies published during the specified period, and the sample was limited to (76) studies that showed statistical treatments homogeneity, as they were available in the conditions and criteria of the dimensional analysis adopted by the current study, and the results of the study found the effectiveness of using the innovations of digital learning techniques in the development of mathematical operations in general, and that the averages of effect sizes were large for the use of the innovations of digital learning technology in general, in the development of mathematical operations as a whole, and the results showed that the averages of the effect sizes of using the innovations of digital learning techniques in the development of mathematical operations separately (issue solving, reasoning and proof, mathematical communication, mathematical prowess and power, mathematical operations, sense and numerical and statistical estimation) were large.

In addition to the above, the results showed that the average effect sizes of the digital learning innovations used in the previous studies, each separately were significant on the development of various mathematical operations.

In light of the results that were reached, a set of recommendations were presented, including Benefiting from the results of the current research in building a research map for the priorities of using the innovations of digital learning techniques in the development of mathematical operations; To bridge the research gap in this regard.
