This research aims to identify the requirements for the application of multidisciplinary program management in the College of Education at King Khalid University considering the Kingdom's vision 2030, from the point of view of the research sample.

And to reveal the statistical differences between the averages of the responses of the research sample about the requirements for the implementation of multidisciplinary program management in the College of Education at King Khalid University, considering the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, which is attributed to the variables: (type of academic work in the college, gender, number of years of experience with current work within the college).

To achieve the aim of the research, a questionnaire was used.

The research reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that the research sample gave a (large) degree to the requirements for the application of multidisciplinary program management at the College of Education at King Khalid University, considering the vision of the Kingdom.

The research also proved the existence of statistically significant differences according to the variable of the type of academic work in the college with regard to the dimension of administrative requirements and the dimension of technical requirements, and the absence of statistically significant differences for the rest.

In light of the results, the research made several recommendations.
