The study aimed to learn about fish production in the State of the White Nile develop a future on methods of developing production in the study area, and detect the economic and social effects of the deterioration of fish productivity in the study area.

The researcher used the historical approach, to study fish productivity over the past years, and compare it with current productivity, in order to get a low level of productivity, and to link this to the size of the fish stocks to be developed.

The researcher also reached several important results: the fisheries in the state of White Nile are scalable and increase productivity to be better exploited, and the day after fish farming and the introduction of modern fishing technology, and adherence to fishing laws are the best means of developing production.

The study concluded with recommendations, the most important of which are: encouraging investment in fishermen’s fish farming, and the field of fish farming because hydroponics needs great potential
