This Study dealt with management by objectives and its impact on achieving Strategic objectives by applying it to Sen Mills Company Ltd.

for the period (20202022-).

This Study aimed to show the role of management by objectives in achieving Strategic objectives in Sen Flour Mills Company and to know the extent to which the management adopts objectives as a management methodology in Sein Flour Mills, Knowing the level of truSt availability between superiors and subordinates in Sen Grain Company, and its impact on achieving the Strategy.This research derived its importance from the increasing view of administrative theories and their development and adoption of their approach and measuring the impact of management by objectives on the performance of the employees of Sein Mills Company for Grain.

The Study used the descriptive approach to analyze and verify the problem, by formulating its questions and hypotheses to try to find the appropriate solution through the questionnaire.

The Study concluded that there is a statistically significant relationship between the scheduling of goals in the use of management by goals and the achievement of Strategic goals in Sein Flour Mills Company.

The Study of the need to pay attention and focus on the use of management by objectives with a commitment to its dimensions of participation in setting goals, commitment, feedback, continuous review, and encouraging employees to perform their opinions.
