This Study dealt with the points of contention between Al-Ra-zi and Al-Jurjani in some rhetorical issues, as it showed that crit-ices and researchers in the history of rhetoric used to add to Imam Abdul Qaher when he was mentioned casually, verses of praise and praise, which they do not give to any man but him, for people treated Al-Jurjani with great love.

And this love, in our belief, led to the issuance of assessments in which there is something similar to injustice against the rhetorical scholars who came after him, and they wrote in rhetoric, and at their head was: Our scholar Fakhr al-Din al-Razi.

As described, he was the bridge through which the rhetoric crossed from the summit of al-Jurjani to the bottom of al-Sakaki.

We want to show that al-Razi was not only a transmitter of what was mentioned in his book Abd al-Qaher (Dalail Alijaz) and (Asrar al-Balaghah), but he was an explainer, analytic, and op-posing in some issues to his teacher.

The study aimed at highlight-Ing Al-Razi’s rhetorical efforts through his book (Nahiat Elijaz) and also aimed to prove that Al-Razi’s eloquence was not the same as the eloquence of Abdul-Qaher Al-Jurjani, his sheikh and imam and the imam of all rhetoric.

The researcher followed a descriptive and analytical approach based on the major sources and reference-es, then the Study was ended with a conclusion that contained the most important results and recommendations, the most prominent of which was that Al-Razi differed from Abdul Qaher in his ex- planation of some rhetorical issues.
