The study aimed to reveal the family’s viewpoint on the phenomenon of sexual harassment of children and adolescents.

The study used the descriptive analytical approach and conducting interviews.

The study sample consisted of (300) families in Khartoum State.

The study tools consisted of case studies, interviews and in addition to observation.

The study results proved that Mo& of the cases of abuse came from relatives, neighbors, or acquaintances interfering with families.

The majority of families, when their children are subjected to harassment, work to prevent them from leaving the house.

The psychological effects may appear on the sexually harassed child.

Which exposes him to psychological and behavioral disturbances in the future that will affect his life greatly.

Families of children view harassment as a dangerous phenomenon that should be paid attention to and mechanisms to be put in place to reduce it.

Most families avoid talking about harassment due to the sensitivity of the issue.

Follow-up children and know their companions outside the home, and make sure to wear a decent dress, and the study recommended, seeking to confront the problem and re-duce it by carrying out scientific research to know everything surrounding the causes and risks of child molestation.
