The Study amid to show the provisions of divorced women is in the waiting period if her conditions are meted she is not contra- indications.

The aim of this research is flexibility of Islamic sha- ria, as the Islamic sharia divorce was initiated when married life was tight as also legislated the at reform the will of reform.

The problem of the Study is to clarify the disagreement of the jurists about the rule of attesting the divorce and the rule of informing the divorced wife of the reform, the moSt important objectives of this research Statements and the ruling of informing a divorced wife of talking her back, the Study relied on the method by refer- ring to the moSt important books of the figh and fundamentals of figh, language, and the Sudanese Muslims personal Statutes law of 1991.the Study concluded several results, including: the husband has there right in returning his divorced wife as long as she is in the waiting period.

It is desirable to bear witness to the return as it is desirable to inform.
