The study aims to highlight the great role of the family system in creating the appropriate health and social conditions for family compatibility and lability, and creating an environment that Simulates the upbringing of its members and rehabilitating them in values, scientific, practical and health.

From the material and scientific resources available to it, and from its family planning and home economics, and to establish - from these productive scientists and experts - a solid building block in building a vibrant society, which contributes to sustainable development according to the vision of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia 2030.

The study adopted the inductive, descriptive and analytical scientific method, One of its most prominent results was: that the judiciary in the Kingdom organized family issues in a way that contributes to their compatibility and lability, as an important pillar in development, and also organized issues of dowry and alimony because of their great impact on the development of the social and national economy, and recommended the moS important matters: intere& in studying governance and the goals it intended Sharia is one of its directives related to the personal status system and its impact on sustainable development and other areas of life.
