The management of the investment project is the moSt important field of knowledge through which successful projects can be reached that allow achieving the desired goals.The Study focused on identifying the science of project quality , its components and its application .highlighting its importance in managing the quality of the investment project is and essential component of the management mix in project success .

The Study concluded that he did not plan in terms of quality they do not rely on the tools and scientific methods necessary to carry out the quality planning process , and they were unable to provide a correct scientific answer about the concept of project quality management reqban this topic in project.The Study followed the descriptive analytical method and the inductive method in reviewing references and scientific research, I also used the deductive method by asking asurvey on the same.The Study found an intcreSt in managing the quality of the investment project the existence of the basic processes for managing project quality using scientific method for the success of the project, planning , training and qualification of those in charge of quality management .
