The awakening of concepts and theories of peace according to new foundations based on an accumulation of knowledge of the foundations, theories and Judies of conflict and peace on the one hand, and an understanding of the new experiences to play the pivotal role of a new era of peacebuilding, which deals with conflict factors with intellectual and cultural mechanisms of action and political and institutional requirements that participate in eliminating or reforming Infrastructure for conflicts and conflicts in a way that secures the foundations for social lability and balance and ensures the ability to resolve societal competition in accordance with national and international cooperation.
