This study aimed to analyze and study the effectiveness of the administrative leadership in raising the efficiency of performance in Sudanese commercial banks, through the belief of the administrative leaders in the need to bring about change and development in Sudanese commercial banks and the need to pay attention to the practice of the process of strategic management and creative thinking ,pay attention to workers and the need to create an effective and appropriate organizational environment for work.

To achieve the aim of the study ,the researcher followed the descriptive analytical approach based on data collection and analysis, where the questionnaire was used as a means of collecting primary data and it was distributed to all members of the research community, which consists of general managers and their deputies, managers of specialized departments and managers of main branches ,and they are distributed over the research sample consisting of a number (6) Commercial banks, where their number reached (103) individuals occupying leadership and administrative positions at the level of senior and middle management ,they were targeted by 100% through a comprehensive inventory ,and the (SPSS)program was used to analyze the study data.

The research reached several results, the most important of which was that the effectiveness of administrative leaders led to raising the efficiency of performance in Sudanese commercial banks.

Administrative leaderships in Sudanese commercial banks led to improved performance efficiency.
