This study which is under the title, the types of crimes and its elements in the international criminal law to identify the international crimes and its different types and the reason to choose the subject is that.

the international crime became the source of concern to law jurists with different types.

The research problems is represented in identifying the international elements constituted the international crime .To conduct the research ,the researcher followed the analytical, historical documental method to collect the data and analyse them using the references of international law The following are the most important results, The results, the international law occurs in the communities with different types according to its various elements ,and finally the references and sources at the end of the study.
