The study dealt with the difference of the two judgments and their dismissal by the spouses and the judiciary and their impact on the conduct of arbitration procedures.

The problem of the study was to answer these questions.

What is the concept of arbitration? What are the forms of spouses’ differences? How can the two judges be isolated in jurisprudence and law? Does the dismissal of the two arbitrators affect the conduct of arbitration procedures? The importance of the study dwelled with from the importance of the issue of arbitration between spouses is of the family and the legal measures that Islam put in place to protect it and its continuity and to ensure that continuity and not to be exposed to the collapse of life and the importance of dialogue, discussion and exchange of views between parents to draw understanding and advice between spouses, the urgent need to adopt the idea of arbitration in general is legally and socially required to try conciliation and reconciliation and to preserve the family, both whether the request for divorce is on the part of the husband or on the part of the wife, then adopting this idea and activating it will limit the many divorce cases that occur in our country.
