It also found that the perpetrators of these crimes of a technical nature are crimes that transcend continents and political borders, the most prominent social variables leading to the phenomenon of globalization and the negative consequences it carries, in addition to the spread of corruption and other social, psychological and political variables.

The most important recommendations were the need to raise awareness of this type of crime.
