The research followed the inductive approach in collecting the opinions of Sharia scholars in it, and the descriptive approach in presenting their opinions and evidence through their books, jurisprudence academies, the analytical and deductive approach in discussing their evidence, and the attempt to make a judgment on the issue.

The research concluded with several results, the most important of which are: Lending the womb is forbidden by Sharia.

To ward off the social, moral and psychological evils that result from it.

This requires attention to spread awareness about the dangers of womb lending, and to enact exhortations to deter those who do so or call for it.
