Waqf of mosques is one of the popular Waqf channels of spending in Najd in the past.

The researcher in this study presents a synthesis document (set of documents) of Ouda Sudair Mosque by studying and analyzing the documents using the historical approach.

The main channel of spending of Waqf of the mosque is as follows: The essential spending for Imam and muezzin to carry out their mission, breaking the fast people (Iftar), the electricity of the mosque (the light or Siraj), teaching supplies and the mosque requirements.

The researcher also tackles the writing skill in terms of formulating phrases and words in addition to identifying information about the document authors, its witness, and judges who accredited it.

The researcher clarifies some used terminology that the researcher thought might be difficult to understand, and the names on it, in addition to detailed information about Ouda Sudair Mosque, its Imams, and its muezzins.
