The aim of the study is to know the methods of developing creative thinking among university students, and the main problem is the gap between the traditional way of thinking and creative thinking.

Students have social problems, and others.

The problem is summarized about the existence of a gap between students and interaction with academic programs and curricula in the required manner in the absence of specific goals for students and poor communication skills and team- work in solving problems.

This study aims to achieve and support ideas and initiatives aimed at developing students’ creative thinking skills and creating a kind of interaction between students and the educational environment in general.

And finding appropriate educational standards and approaches to develop creative thinking skills and aligning them with the current reality.

The study followed the descriptive analytical method and the statistical analysis method.

The study showed that the vast majority of students do not have personal long-term plans, which reduces their creative thinking due to the lack of a future vision and thinking about the future.

The study showed that personal planning helps in developing creative thinking processes for students through personal strategic analysis, stimulates future thinking skills, and contributes to knowledge of future opportunities, which supports the creative thinking process.
