This study aimed at investigating the impact of administrative empowerment dimensions (information sharing, freedom and independence, motivation, influence) on achieving sustainable competitive advantage dimensions (cost, quality, flexibility, innovation) through human capital at the Yemeni pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

It also aimed to identify the degree to which sustainable competitive advantage is achieved and the administrative empowerment is practiced as well as the human capital is made available at these industries.

The analytical descriptive method was used in this quantitative study.

To achieve the objectives of the study and test its hypotheses, a questionnaire was developed for collecting primary data from the study population of (1116) individuals at the Yemeni pharmaceutical manufacturing industries.

The sample of (280) was chosen by means of the random stratified method.

Data were processed and analyzed by using (SPSS) the results of the study revealed that these industries have considerable interest toward the administrative empowerment practices and abundance of human capital.

It was also found that the dimension of information sharing had high impact on achieving the sustainable advantage, whereas the dimension of influence had the lowest impact on achieving the sustainable advantage.

In addition, the dimension of motivation had high impact on the human capital, whereas the dimension of influence had the lowest impact on the human capital despite the dimension of motivation was the least dimension used at the pharmaceutical industries.

The results also revealed that the administrative empowerment has an impact on achieving the sustainable advantage through the human capita.
