Deliberation is one of the most important concepts that attracted the attention of scholars, as it dealt with the most important issues that previous linguistics neglected, including the treatment of meaning, how to communicate between the interlocutors and the intentionality of the speaker, and the reason for this distinction; It is that it arose from the crossroads of various sciences, including linguistics, semiotics, psychology, and sociology, which led to the multiplicity of its interests and the multiplicity of its terminology, and thus led to the discrepancy in the views of scholars about deliberation, and their studies of the scientific value of deliberative research, but most of them It agrees that the tasks of deliberation are to find comprehensive laws of linguistic use, and to identify the human capabilities of linguistic communication, and thus deliberation is called the science of linguistic use, because all this diversity and breadth, led to the multiplicity of its concepts, and the inability to put a specific definition of it.
