The study aims to clarify the meaning of the hand commandeering, and track its guarantee in its rules, its significance on ownership, the impact of possession and act to the most rightness of the ownership.

Most importantly of this research is to respect individual’s property, and seek to preserve their possessions.

This respect is considered as one of the rules and requirements to the Islamic Law.

The research approach is prepared based on the rule’s extrapolation from the doctrines’ books and combining the origins rooting for the rules and regulations of the hand commandeering and applying those rules from the issues of their parts.

The study included the rooting of the hand from it parts and the hand’s indication on the thing well-informed by the hand, the hand’s management on the money, and the ranks of the hand’s practice on the money and its results.

The results of the hands takeover ranks show when there is inconsistency: what will be presented Is the stronger ones than the weaker OR what they participating on what was unique to any one of them.

Then, the research included the combination of the money disposers’ rules and the exceptions of which is not under the money disposers.

Besides, it included the rules rooting for disposers’ sub-ordinates on the money running, the guarantee or not, the most correctness for the money disposer running or the sub-ordinates.

It has been studied what its most correctness of some actions with the same money disposer or accompany to the others.

This is what has been studied with the impact of what was the most correctness while disputes.

The study showed the jurisprudence dispute in matters of the most generality by the disposer, and the dispute impact in approving the property.

Besides, comments and feedback on the most important results were provided in the conclusion of the research.
