This piece of research comes in a form of a book review that shows the most important practical features of the theory of intention through a newly issued book (2020) authored by Dr.

Mohamad Rafi, which is entitled "An intent view to the contemporary issues through purposeful contemporary practice of Shariah".

The purpose of the study is to consider a number of issues relating to the well-defined and objective consideration of legitimate jurisprudence in contemporary cases.

The author, in this study, defines the main and relevant concepts, gives a practical study of the most important features of that consideration, studies models of practice in the fields of worship and transactions with a renewed vision of intent, which their applications in the current issues would review many attitudes, perceptions and judgments.
