This research aims at identifying the effect of utilizing aerobic exercises on some physical variables of football players under 20 years old in Al-Raydah and Qusayr districts in Hadhramaut governorate.

To achieve this, the researcher used the experimental method for its suitability to the nature of this research.

The sample was chosen in a purposeful way from football players under 20 years old in Al Raydah Al Sharqiah Club.

For the purpose of statistical treatments, the arithmetic mean, standard deviation, median, skew coefficient and (Smirnov Kilmgrove - Mann Whitney - Wilcoxon) tests were used.

The most important results indicated that the proposed aerobic training program has a positive and statistically significant effect on the development of Physical variables (strength endurance, strength characterized by speed, agility, speed endurance, general endurance).

Therefore, the researcher recommended the adoption of the aerobic training program as a means to improve football players under 20 years at the physical level for all clubs in Hadhramaut governorate.
