Entrepreneurship is considered one of the important tools in the economies of developed and developing countries, where entrepreneurial projects make an effective contribution to the development of economic development.

unemployment, in addition to its ability to create new and diverse goods and services that contribute to the opening and growth of new markets that help reduce the gap between the economies of countries.

it also seeks to achieve economic abundance that contributes to the growth of projects and gives them the ability to compete and withstand challenges.

women entrepreneurship plays a vital role in shaping the investment environment, because of what they do through their investments of innovative products, new services, creating job opportunities and penetrating the local and international markets.

the growth is promising, and so countries have put in place solid plans to boost women's entrepreneurship programs.

despite international and local efforts to enhance the role of women in entrepreneurship ; however, there are many obstacles facing the enterprise development agency in supporting women's entrepreneurship, so the current research aimed at identifying the obstacles related to women and limiting the effectiveness of the enterprise development agency in supporting women's entrepreneurship, and identifying the obstacles related to society and limiting the effectiveness of the enterprise development agency in supporting entrepreneurship women's business, and identifying obstacles related to the enterprise development agency and limiting its effectiveness in supporting women's entrepreneurship.

this study belongs to the type of descriptive studies, and this study also relied on a sample social survey of the beneficiaries of the services of the enterprise development agency, and the research sample amounted to (130) individuals, and the researcher relied in collecting data from the field on the scale of the effectiveness of the enterprise development agency in supporting women’s entrepreneurship.
