الملخص EN

This paper aims to analyse the existing elements of information system within Hamoud Boualem (HB).

It is divided en two main points.

Firstly, we give a brief show of literature about information system.

In second, we try to diagnose the case of HB.

We close with some suggestions for setting up an effective information system.

Within the increasing global competition, firms are no longer safe of any upsetting surprise that could threat their existence.

Algerian’s firms should inevitably face a lot of difficulties against international brands.

In this context, information becomes a real source of power for managers.

Its procurement gives advantages while its lack could cause the ruin.

However, irregularity and inaccurateness of information lead decision makers to look for information system (IS) to respond more effectively to the market’s needs.

الملخص FRE

Le présent article porte sur l'analyse de l'existant en matière de système d'information à Hamoud Boualem (HB).

Il porte sur deux volets principaux: En premier lieu, nous passons en revue sur la littérature concernant le système d'information.

En second lieu, nous essayions à analyser le cas de HB pour terminer avec quelques suggestions pour une mise en place d'un système d'information efficace.

La concurrence de plus en plus mondialisée fait qu'aucune entreprise n'est à l'abri de toute surprise désagréable pouvant léser à son existence.

Les entreprises Algériennes font certainement face à des difficultés devant des marques de notoriété mondiale.

Dans ce contexte, l'information est devenue une source de pouvoir pour les managers et, sa détention constitue un atout alors que son manque peut être une source de ruine.

Ainsi, les informations irrégulières, impertinentes et non fiables conduisent les décideurs à vouloir disposer d'un système d'information (SI) leurs permettant de mieux s'adapter aux besoins du marché.
