therefore, we find that the Islamic religion has given peace and stability great importance, because of the great interests of achieving peace in society, and this is evident through the legislation of provisions to maintain the security and peace of society.

community peace is a legitimate obligation and an urgent life necessity for any society, it is related to building society in its various segments, males and females, adults and children, regardless of different religions and sects and at all political, social, religious and cultural levels.

there is no doubt that the survival of individuals and societies is based on societal peace, which is based on justice, honesty and freedom from fear, security is the goodness of the nation and its renaissance, it is a fundamental pillar for members of society to feel safe and secure and enjoy a decent and stable life and build good successful individuals.

but looking at the reality, we notice in most Islamic societies the absence of peace in many of them, especially with the emergence of parties seeking to employ religion in the wrong direction of violence and hatred due to the lack of correct understanding of texts and the use of misconceptions, which led to disputes and conflicts that led to insecurity and peace in society.

this was a motive for writing this research to find out the most prominent legal principles and purposes that are rooted in this topic.
