The instructor and his teaching performance quality are considered one of the most important educational process elements; which in turn leads to the achievement of the total quality system through which school education is evaluated.

The quality performance of the teacher has a significant positive effect on the level of learners' awareness of scientific concepts, their academic level, and the development of their inclinations, capabilities and talents.

Furthermore, teaching performance quality can enable the teacher to adapt a suitable educational environment for learners that encourages their motivation and their positive interaction during the learning process, and create a mutual confidence between the teacher and the learners which contributes in a positive communication process on one hand, and the learners communicate among themselves in an effective manner on the other hand.

The research aims to identify the quality standards of music education instructor preparation.

The researcher followed the analytical descriptive curriculum.

The objective limitations of the research represented in reviewing the concept of quality, the preparation of music education instructor, and the previous studies related directly and indirectly to the subject of the research.

The research found the importance of taking into consideration the quality system and standards in music education instructor preparation, and the state of Kuwait moves forward to reach the international standards in education in general and instructor preparation in particular to meet its developmental strategy Kuwait 35.

The research recommends the continuous development of music education instructor preparation programs in line with the international standards in instructor preparation, as well as in light of the competence-based curriculum, and to work continuously to update and develop academic curricula so that educational outputs comply with the market requirements.
