الملخص العربي

هدفت الدراسة التعرف على أثر تطبيق إدارة المعرفة لى الإبداع الإداري : دراسة حالة شركة "Jordan LLC Webhelp"، وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع العاملين في شركة •Jordan LLC Webhelp'، للعام (2021)، والبالغ عددهم (1200) موظفا، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (331) موظفا، وتم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة، اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي، وتم استخدام الاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، واشتملت الاستبانة على أبعاد المتغير المستقل إدارة المعرفة وهي إتوليد المعرفة، وخزن المعرفة، وتبأدل المعرفة، وتطبيق المعرفة، وتحويل المعرفة)، وأبعاد المتغير التابع الإبداع الإداري وهي الطلاقة، والمرونة، والحساسية للمشكلات، والأصالة)، وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تطبيق إدارة المعرفة في Jordan"ä-S,.Z LLC Webhelp• جات بأهمية نسبية مرتفعة وأن المجال الثاني خزن المعرفة جاء بالمريبة الأولى وبأهمية نسبية مرتفعة، وأن المجال الأول توليد المعرفة جاء بالمرتبة الخامسة وبأهمية نسبية متوسطة، وأن الأهمية النسبية لدرجة الإبداع الإداري في شركة " LLC Webhelp Jordan'، جات بدرجة مرئفعة، وأن البعد الثاني، المرونة، جاء بالمرتبة الأولى وبأهمية نسبية مريفعة، في حين جاء بعد الحساسية للمشكلات بالمريبة الأخيرة وبأهمية نسبية مريفعة، ووجود أثر لتطبيق إدارة المعرفة في الإبداع الإداري للعاملين في شركة •JOrdan LLC Webhelp'، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (05.

الملخص الإنجليزي

This study aimed to identify the impact of the application of knowledge management on administrative creativity: a case study of the "Webhelp LLC Jordan" company, and the study population consisted of all employees of the "Webhelp LLC Jordan" company, for the year (2021), who numbered (1200) employees, the study sample formed Of (331) employees, and they were selected in a simple random way, the study followed the descriptive and analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection, and the questionnaire included the dimensions of the independent variable knowledge management, which are (knowledge generation, knowledge storage, knowledge exchange, knowledge application, and knowledge transfer) And the dimensions of the dependent variable administrative creativity, which are (fluency, flexibility, sensitivity to problems, and originality), and the results of the study showed that the degree of application of knowledge management in the “Webhelp LLC Jordan” company came with high relative importance and that the second area of knowledge storage came in the first place and with high relative importance, and that The first area of knowledge generation came in the fifth rank, with a relative importance of medium, and that the relative importance of the degree of administrative creativity in the “Webhelp LLC Jordan” company, came in a high degree, and that the second dimension, flexibility, came in the first and b High relative importance, while sensitivity to problems came in the last rank with high relative importance, and there was an impact of the application of knowledge management in the administrative creativity of the employees of Webhelp LLC Jordan, and there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (05.

The study recommended: conducting studies on the same sector to include other variables that may have a role in the impact of the application of knowledge management on organizational creativity, such as organizational learning or organizational performance.
