The rules of the few and the permanent excuse is one of the delicate and profound topics that are indispensable to navigating the provisions of the Sharia, especially in our present time, the need to know its truth has intensified, and one of the objectives of the study is to address the provisions of the few, their impact on the provisions of zakat, and the relationship of the few to the permanent excuse, and made it in a study marked with (the few and their relationship to the permanent excuse, and the impact of their consideration on the provisions of zakat "an applied authentic study") which occurred in two sections, I paved the way for them by defining the few, and showed its controls, and then exposed in the first section to the relationship of the few to the permanent excuse, through three chapters, and it included the definition of the permanent excuse, and the general reasons for the permanent excuse as a source of judgment, and its relationship with the few.

Moving from this to the second section, which is related to the impact of the few in the provisions of zakat through three topics, and the most prominent issues addressed in the study: the removal of zakat before a year has passed, the delay of zakat from the time of its obligation, and the lowest quorum of crops and fruits.
