The research aims to identify the efficiency of the use of agricultural economic resources for the production of summer wheat and maize crops in Assiut Governorate.

The research used the descriptive and quantitative analysis method to study the features and development of production variables.

The study was conducted during a random sample in the selected centers and villages in Assiut Governorate for the agricultural season (2020/2021 AD).

and the sample size was 120.

An individual was divided equally between the center of Al Qusiya and Manfalout.

The results are that the most important variables influencing the variable dependent on the wheat crop in the absolute form are represented in the area planted with wheat in the year (N-1) and the total costs in the year (N-1).
