Research findings: 1- The illiteracy rate among the traders of the stock exchange was about 37, 84% of the total number of 74 dealers and the age group of the lowest age groups at an average of about 48 years/month, which explains the inability of that marketing institution to adopt new and evolving ideas that seek to develop the marketing process And the spread of the phenomenon of dropping out of education within the categories of fish dealers in the stock market.

2- The rental value of the store amounted to about 27, 80 thousand pounds/year, and the value of the usufruct was about 24,000 pounds/year, which means that the rental value equals about 1.2 of the value of the usufruct of the commercial store on the stock exchange.

3- The total value of the wages of the employees of the stock exchange in the study amounted to about 81, 90 thousand pounds per month, equivalent to about 973, 80 thousand pounds/year, with a standard deviation of about 240, 1, and a difference coefficient of about 21, 91% and based on the above, the community of employees of the stock exchange earns about 135,000 pounds A month, equivalent to about 1, 63 million years.
