The speed of commercial development and the tyranny of globalization on business methods and consumption patterns caused the emergence of many new methods that contributed to the entry of many brands and trade names to new markets and at the lowest degree of risk, franchise is one of the most important of these methods, and even one of the most distinguished methods of distribution developed by modern market science, and it is the most applied method in international commercial activities, the franchise contract-as a contract that advances the wheel of development and the economy-has entered the space of many businesses, especially international ones, and when we are in the process of concluding a franchise contract in Egypt, it is necessary to follow the provisions of several laws related to this activity, and it would have been more appropriate to establish a special law that combines all these provisions in one law, despite this, he proved his success in practice in many commercial activities, and this was confirmed by the practical reality, whether in Egypt or in Saudi Arabia, especially with the existence of a commercial franchise contract in the kingdom of Saudi Arabia subject to the commercial concession system issued in 1441.
