The problem of the research is that the Egyptian farmer bears heavy burdens in the affairs of living due to his exposure to some disasters that are beyond their control and have a negative impact on their productive conditions, which requires providing all kinds of loans and sufficient funding to support it and enable it to participate effectively in the agricultural development process Aswan Governorate has identified a field for the study sample in 2020 due to the availability of primary and secondary data on the role of the Egyptian Agricultural Bank in providing loans to farms, by studying the development of agricultural loans for short, medium and long terms, it was found that the share of short, medium and long-term agricultural loans from the total loans granted by the Bank decreased from 82.8% to 52.2% during the period (2015-2020), Poultry and fisheries, which confirms the ence of planning and the ence of a clear strategy for credit that keeps pace with the growing national goals for the agricultural sector.

The results also showed that there is a relationship between financing sugar cane cultivation and increasing the income of farms, while the morale of testing with loans for livestock production was not proven
