The research aim to study and analyze the financial and environmental feasibility of using renewable energy (solar) in the production of biofuel plants (jojoba) as an investment project in the Red Sea Governorate, and the extent of rationality in making the investment decision for the project (sensitivity analysis) which is represented in the project's ability to bear potential risks as a result of high Prices of production inputs and low prices of the final product, which highlights the role of the management element in the optimal exploitation of resources and product marketing, and the extent to which this activity contributes to achieving the goals of sustainable development 2030.

The research reached several important results, including: (1) There is an agreement between the opinions of the study sample items (producers of fuel plants using renewable energy in the Red Sea Governorate) about the use of renewable solar energy) as a source of electrical energy for irrigation and production of jojoba plants as an investment project in the Red Sea Governorate that achieves financial and environmental feasibility, which means acceptance of the hypothesis My first research.

(2) There is an agreement between the views of the study sample's vocabulary about the ability of the project management (using solar energy as a source of electrical energy to irrigate and produce jojoba plants in the Red Sea Governorate) to make a rational investment decision to face potential financial risks such as high operating cost or low return or high operating cost and low return together.

(4) The results of the financial and environmental feasibility analysis of using solar energy to irrigate and produce biofuel plants (jojoba) in the Red Sea Governorate as an investment project showed that it achieves financial and environmental feasibility, as: pounds, and the internal rate of return (IRR) was about 51% , which is more than the interest on capital lending, which is represented by the commercial interest rate prevailing in society.

(5) The results of the project's risk analysis showed the project's ability to face potential risks as a result of the increase in variable costs, and total revenues up to 50% for each of them at the estimated discount rate of 15% .

Which indicates the effective role of the management element in using the available resources and marketing the product on the one hand, and rationalizing the investment decision of the project on the other hand.
