The reconfiguration of the city to present a transnational lifestyle is related to the world as a whole and not only to the local reality.

Some wealthy groups and cosmopolitan strata are heading for this global style by withdrawing from society and building walls that isolate them from what is around them.

This is linked to the marginalization and exclusion of certain social groups.

Instead of integrating all the city's inhabitants into a cosmopolitan way of life open to the world, a class is created completely excluded from these places, which do not have economic capital.

This in turn affects the fragmentation of the social structure of the city; The isolation of the classes of society from each other: that is, the fragmentation of relations, interactions, interdependence and cohesion that occurs between the classes of society.

Hence, the two researchers in this research aimed to monitor the phenomenon of social exclusion accompanying the urban transformation towards cosmopolitanism.

To discuss this problem, the descriptive analytical approach was adopted, and the researchers relied in the process of collecting field data on the interview tool, by choosing a deliberate sample of some residents of “Madinaty” and some marketers of cities in “Madinaty”.
