The research aims at monitoring cryptocurrencies, their features, defects and the extent to which they can be entered under the umbrella of mandatory money.

The research is based, as a whole, on the inductive, analytical and comparative approach and has been divided into six demands: the first requirement: the definition of cryptographic currencies, the difference between them and electronic currencies, the second: the advantages and disadvantages of cryptocurrencies, the third: the legal provision of cryptographic digital currencies, the fourth: the rule of dealing with coded currencies in law, the fifth: balancing Islamic jurisprudence with law, and the sixth requirement: the impact of cryptored currencies on the economic system.

The research is problematic because many businessmen and owners of foreign currencies are attracted to the coded money, which has a negative impact on the local currency and the economic system.

The researcher seeks to explain the seriousness of these currencies if they do not fall under the umbrella of the monetary issuance of the state.

She was subjected to comparisons with modern jurisprudence.
