The aim of the research is to highlight the role of the guardian and the ruler towards his subjects by demonstrating his public policy based on the interest followed to curb epidemics, by imposing deliberate measures and decisions to curb the spread of the epidemic, including quarantine, travel ban, curfew, and obligatory treatment, and by clarifying that each of these needy detainees has roots that took place in ancient times during its confrontations with the Taoists and epidemics.

The first researcher was in quarantine, the second was in travel bans and curfews, the last was in the mandatory medication by the guardian, and finally I mentioned my main findings in the second was: Care must be taken to follow and obey the guardian in everything pertaining to the flock in order to safeguard the purposes of the Law.
