This research sheds light on the definition of the transplant and transplantation of organs, the elements of transporting organs, the stages of transporting and transplanting organs, the rule of transporting human organs if the transplant is from the human person to the human person, the rule of transporting individual organs whose translocation causes the death of the transferee, the provision of transferring non-individual organs whose transfer does not result in the death of the transferee, and establishes all that was mentioned, with probability of the controversial issues in the research, the legitimate controls for transporting human organs, and the legal controls for transferring human organs.

The research concluded that the transferability of individual organs resulting in the death of the transferee is inadmissible.

The translocation of non-individual organs, whose transfer does not result in the death of the transferee, has two different jurisprudence: The first one: Human organs may not be transported.

Second: Human organs may be transported.

It is the most likely one, but with the legitimate and legal conditions and controls mentioned in the research.
