Social intelligence is an important aspect of personality because it is linked to the ability of the individual to deal with others and the formation of successful social relationships, that is, as far as the person has the ability to social interaction and establish relationships with others as much as intelligent and this is called social intelligence.

Small enterprises represent one of the economic sectors that attract great attention from all countries of the world and international and regional organizations and bodies and researchers in light of the global economic changes and transformations, due to their pivotal role in production, employment, income generation and technological progress, in addition to their role in achieving the economic and social goals of all countries.

The research aims to: 1 - reveal the relationship between social intelligence and management of small projects.

2 - Identify the impact of demographic variables of the research sample on social intelligence 3.

The research found: 1- There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in social intelligence according to the study variables.

2 - There are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the sample in the management of small projects according to the study variables.

3 - There is a correlation between the questionnaire of social intelligence and the questionnaire management of small projects.

4 - There is a correlation between the questionnaire social intelligence and the questionnaire management of small projects and study variables.
