This study aims to clarify the impact on the organizational performance of what the institution uses to imitate designs of production machines instead of buying or creating them, because imitation does not require the costs of research and development Which account for the largest proportion of the total costs of the production process.

Among the results of the study, that the imitation technology in Lactic "ARIB" led to its realization of many advantages, that it was not able to obtain at the lowest costs, and among these advantages is to respond to the needs of customers, expand the market share, provide opportunities for workers to reveal their skills.

Cette étude vise à clarifier l'impact sur les performances organisationnelles de ce que l'institution utilise pour imiter la conception de machines de production au lieu de les acheter ou de les créer, car l'imitation ne nécessite pas les coûts de recherche et de développement qui représentent la plus grande proportion des coûts totaux du processus de production., l’étude a révélé que l'imitation de la technologie en unité lactique ARIB a conduit à la réalisation de nombreux avantages qu'elle n'a pas pu obtenir au moindre coût, et parmi ces avantages nous citons ;répondre aux besoins des clients, élargir la part de marché et offrir aux travailleurs des opportunités pour découvrir leurs compétences.
