he complex and rapid changes that are taking place in our world today are the resultof the rapid and terrible developments that are taking place at every moment and time, whichhave undoubtedly affected all walks of life, and which have strained humankind to the pointwhere it is beyond its control.

Living with this reality and its accumulated problems andcoping with its problems makes it imperative for us to take advantage of everything thatwould alleviate the burden of what we live in, or that could lead us to life.

It also makes iteasier and easier for us to manage this situation in general, especially in dealing withscientific phenomena and social issues and addressing them.

As a result, all intellectual efforts are moving; individual and institutional; Government and civil society, in particular those relating to the indoctrination of knowledgeand science, such as educational institutions, schools, institutes and universities; Even in thepreparation, organization, and arrangement of household and kitchen things, they tend toinvest in modern technology and use smart appliances to carry out all these work.

There is no doubt that the most recent form of this technology today is the computer, which isindispensable because of its great ability to diagnose and process this situation and to freepeople from the cost of effort and time.

Information systems are one of the basic pillars ofscientific research and its tools.

Indeed, in all the important services they provide inautomated ways, many obstacles have been seriously overcome and have contributedextensively to the development and prosperity of many cognitive sciences.

In an effort to rationalize the course of research in this science, scientists and linguistshave become increasingly interested in entering the field of cross-cutting studies and openingup to their hidden and secret knowledge, and thus subjecting linguistic research to theadoption of the curricula and principles of this new field of knowledge (cross-cuttingstudies).

The aim is to consolidate the solid features underlying the computing and processingof language in order to promote and develop our Arabic language and make it fit to be alanguage of science.
