هدفت الدراسة إلى الكشف على طبيعة العلاقة التي تربط الذكاء العاطفي بالأمن النفسي لدى الطالب الجامعي، حيث تمت صياغة الإشكالية العامة على النحو الآتي" : هل توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكاء العاطفي و الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة ؟ حيث شملت عينة الدراسة الاستطلاعية من (30) طالب و طالبة من كلية العلوم الاجتماعية، و تم اختيارها بطريقة عشوائية و ذلك بهدف التأكد من بعض الخصائص السيكومترية (الصدق-الثبات) لأداة الدراسة، و تم تطبيق مقاييس) الذكاء العاطفي لسكوت و أخرون و الأمن النفسي المعد من طرف الباحثة و فاء علي عقيل)، و قد تم إتباع في معالجة البيانات على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي و تم التوصل إلى النتائج التالية : -توجد علاقة طردية ضعيفة بين درجات الذكاء العاطفي و الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة.- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة تعزى لمتغير الجنس- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجات الأمن النفسي لدى طلبة الجامعة تعزى لمتغير العمر.

The study aimed to reveal the nature of the relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological security among university students.
the general problem was formulated as follows : is there a statistically significant relationship between emotional intelligence and psychological security among university students ? where the sample of the survey study included (80) male and female students from the college of social sciences, and it was chosen randomly, and the measures (emotional intelligence of Scott and others and psychological security prepared by the researcher Wafaa Ali Aqil) were applied, and the descriptive correlational approach was adopted, and it was reached the following results : there is a weak direct relationship between the degrees of emotional intelligence and psychological security among university students.
there are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of psychological security among university students due to the gender variable.
there are no statistically significant differences in the degrees of psychological security among university students due to the age.

L'étude visait à révéler la nature de la relation entre l'intelligence émotionnelle et la sécurité psychologique des étudiants universitaires, car le problème général était formulé comme suit : Y a-t-il une relation statistiquement significative entre l'intelligence émotionnelle et la sécurité psychologique chez les étudiants universitaires ? Lorsque l'échantillon de l'étude pilote comprenait (30) étudiants du College of Social Sciences, et il a été choisi au hasard afin de vérifier certaines caractéristiques psychométriques (honnêteté-cohérence) de l'outil d'étude, et des mesures ont été appliquées (l'intelligence émotionnelle de Scott et d'autres et la sécurité psychologique préparée par le chercheur Wafa Ali Aqeel), et le traitement des données a été suivi sur l'approche corrélationnelle descriptive, puis nous avons utilisé chacune des valeurs de-c-entre degrés pour confirmer la validité de l'échelle, et nous avons utilisé à la fois la demi-segmentation en utilisant Horst et également Alpha Cronbach pour assurer la stabilité de l'échelle.
Des conclusions ont été tirées sur la base des études précédentes et du cadre théorique, et ce qui suit a été attaint : La majorité des étudiants universitaires ont un niveau moyen d'intelligence émotionnelle.
La majorité des étudiants universitaires ont un niveau moyen de sécurité psychologique.
-Il n'y a pas de différences statistiquement significatives dans les scores de sécurité psychologique des étudiants universitaires en raison de la variable de genre.
