It is an interesting thing to debate the procedure that our predecessors have followed in order to understand the purposes of the Islamic law.

however, i installed it because i have noticed that it can be a good way to reveal the aim.

this leads us to search for the best means to achieve the best aims.

thus, both of imams el Chatibi and Ibn Aachour have set ways, and also imam el Akhdari has set standings among which i have selected “the Fikh of accompaniment” (accompaniment standing), where the factuality and accompaniment of Islamic law occur.

this has been claimed by imam Ibn Aachour in his speech about the ways that reveal the purposes of the Islamic law (Shariaa).

indeed, it is a kind of transaction from the doctrine of the companion (principles of Fikh) to the jurisprudence of accompaniment (science of Puposes).

this transaction came after a subjugation to the upgrading scale in order to make it (jurisprudence of accompaniment) a source of determinate provisions, according almighty Allah’s expectation.

Ayant parcouru le chemin des prédécesseurs dans leurs retours aux objectifs de la loi islamique est une vaste conversation, mais je l’ai monté parce que je voulais que ce soit un bon comportement pour révéler ce que l’on veut dire, où le meilleur moyen pour amener les meilleure objectifs.

ainsi à la foi, l’imam el Chatibi et Ibn Achour ont établi des voies et aussi l’imam el Akhdar i a établi des classements parmi lesquels la jurisprudence inhérente a été choisie (le dénominateur de la cohabitation) où la vérité et la sagesse.

après que Tahar Ibn Achour se soit référé à lui-même dans son discours sur les voies qui révèlent les objectifs de la loi islamique c’est une transition de la doctrine des compagnons selon les principes fondamentaux de la jurisprudence inhérente, selon la connaissance des intentions, et ce après l’avoir soumise à l’équilibre de promotion de sorte que ce sera un cours productif de décisions péremptoires comme indique par le législateur sage.
