الملخص EN

This article aims to determine the location and role of SMEs in the national economy which has been undergoing a transition to a market economy since the 1990s.

We try to show the contribution of these companies in terms of job creation and the added value and analyze the socioeconomic environment in which our companies operate through the study of macroeconomic factors and the competitiveness of Algerian SMEs which consists in upgrading both the company and its environment.

الملخص FRE

Cet article vise à déterminer l'emplacement et le rôle des PME dans l'économie nationale qui vit une transition vers l'économie de marché depuis les années 1990.

Nous essayons de montrer l'apport de ces entreprises en termes de création d'emplois et de la valeur ajouté et d'analyser l'environnement socioéconomique, dans lequel évoluent nos entreprises par l'étude des facteurs macroéconomiques et la compétitivité des PME algériennes qui consiste à mettre à niveau à la fois, l'entreprise et son environnement.
