Financial analysis is a technique for analyzing financial statements.
its objective is to assess the financial health of the operator, particularly in terms of solvency and profitability.
its users are multiple; banks, administrations responsible for executing expenditure subject to public contracts, shareholders, etc.
the added value of this article relates to the examination of the relationship between the financial analysis as an explanatory variable of the variable to be explained relating to the choice of a good recipient of the public contract and this, by the analysis of the following elements: the methodology for awarding public contracts, reading the balance sheet and the income statement, the analysis of accounts and key indicators to understand the financial health of the candidate for the public contract.

L’analyse financière est une technique d’analyse des états financiers.
son objectif porte sur l’appréciation de la santé financière de l’entreprise notamment sur les plans de solvabilité et de rentabilité.
ses utilisateurs sont multiples; les banques, les administrations chargées d’exécution des dépenses soumises aux marchés publics, les actionnaires, etc.
la valeur ajoutée du présent article porte sur l’examen de la relation entre l’analyse financière comme variable explicative de la variable à expliquer portant sur le choix d’un bon attributaire du marché public et ce, par l’analyse des éléments suivants: la méthodologie d’attribution des marchés publics, la lecture du bilan et du compte de résultats, l’analyse des postes et indicateurs clés permettant de comprendre la santé financière du candidat au marché public.
